Cake Class 2 Finale

We've been making these dang flowers for weeks now in class, and tonight we finally got to use them. We started out by making this basketweave pattern and the rope border. It doesn't look so nice close up. I'm seeing many flaws here!

Mini Cupcakes

Had some leftover cake batter for cake class next week and made mini cupcakes with them. Bite size deliciousness.

Cookie Pops - Chicks

Cookies Pops for the spring season - little chicks. I had a great idea to do this, and then once I started pulling it together everything fell apart. Seriously bummed at how they turned out. Plus, I made too many and had left overs.

Snickerdoodles

Snickerdoodles for the Craft Fair. This was a last minute decision. And by last minute, I mean that I whipped them up at 2am the morning before the event. These were gone almost immediately. Quite the shocker!

Bunny Cupcakes

These were for the Employee Craft Fair at work that was held the week before Easter. The jelly bean nose started to run, and those whiskers were not easy to put on there!

Square Cake

When my power went out, the baked cake was in my freezer. In order to "save" it, I just decorated it real quick and took it in to work. Nothing fancy, and it needs a lot more work.

M&M Cookies

Picked up some mini-M&Ms on clearance and thought I'd have some fun with them.
